Gesso is type of primer specifically designed for creating a toothy absorbent surface for painting particularly on canvas.

Alpha gesso is RUNNY like any imported brand.
Local gesso are very thick, they dry inside bottles.

Our coverage is much better then maries, on first stroke canvas grey cloth gets a very good coat and gets white.

After application Alpha Gesso form a very thin even layer just like a primer.
Other local brands form a very thick layer.

Alpha gesso is real primer other local brands are not proper primer.
